The Dover Quartet

LCMS presents The Dover Quartet in this Rose Gellert Hall series opening concert.

Considered one of the most remarkably talented string quartets ever to emerge at such a young age, the Dover Quartet swept the 2013 Banff International String Quartet Competition, winning the Grand Prize as well as all three Special Prizes. Programme includes Beethoven’s Quartet in A Major, Op. 18, No. 5; Bartok’s Quartet No. 1; and Beethoven’s Quartet in C Majork Op. 59, No. 3, “Razumovsky”.
