Children & Youth

Langley Community Music School offers the highest quality learning opportunities for children and youth of all levels and interests, from beginner to pre-professional.

We also understand that different students have different goals, and our programs are designed with this in mind.

We also have a lot of experience making learning fun!

Play with other musicians

We encourage you to take advantage of the many opportunities to join groups, offered free or at a significant discount for students enrolled in private lessons, from Children’s Choir, to Fiddling, Jazz Ensemble, Orchestra, Chamber Music and more!  Many of our student groups are invited to play at community events during the year.

Social events

We also hold a number of informal social events throughout the year for our teen students to play for each other (no audience allowed!) and make friends with other musicians their age.
