Acclaimed for his expressive artistry and technical brilliance, Ian Parker will take the audience on a musical journey extending over centuries. The evening features Bach’s sparkling Toccata in D Major, Beethoven’s intimate Moonlight Sonata Op. 27 No. 1, Chopin’s poetic Ballade No. 4, and Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue. He will be joined by LCMS alumni violinist Brooklyn Wood and cellist Albert Seo to perform the dramatic Mendelssohn d minor piano trio.
