Free! CMC BC’s Legacy Composer Film Series

Join Sean Bickerton, BC Director of the Canadian Music Centre, for an insightful presentation featuring short films about the lives and work of five ground-breaking BC composers: Murray Adaskin, Barbara Pentland, Rudolf Komorous, Jean Coulthard, and Elliot Weisgarber.

Produced and directed by award-winning filmmaker John Bolton, the five short art films each feature a performance of a signature work by the composer, juxtaposed against a storyline unique to that piece, the performers or the composer.
