Summer Registration Policies
Everyone attending one of Langley Community Music School’s Summer Camps must complete a registration form (one form per student). LCMS accepts cash, cheque or debit only. Please make cheques payable to Langley Community Music School or LCMS.
Students must notify the LCMS office of cancellations in writing. At the time of registration, there is a non refundable fee component per participant for the following programs:
1. Suzuki Summer Student and Teacher Programs
2. Team Music
3. History & Theory classes
For courses where a deposit is required, the balance of fees is due 4 weeks prior to the course start date. For all other courses, the complete course fee is due at the time of registration.
For all courses: a full refund of course fees, exclusive of non-refundable component, may be obtained if written cancellation notice is received by the LCMS office prior to 4 weeks of the course start date. A 50% refund will be given for cancellation notice received between 2 – 4 weeks prior to the course start.
There will be no refund given for cancellations received within 2 weeks of the course start date.
LCMS reserves the right to cancel courses if minimum enrollment is not met.
